Copyright Law

Copyright is often a focal point in the protection of creative achievements. It comprises the protection of creative works and artistic performances, but also protects those who make such results possible by means of their investment.

Whether authors, musicians, photographers, painters, film producers or software developers are dependent on having their works and performances protected and exploited in a profitable way, or whether rights in creative performances are to be exploited – it is always reasonable to provide legal advice, based on legal expertise and know-how, at an early stage.
